Asgard II, Dunbrody, Jeanie Johnston

 

The Dunbrody made her Maiden Voyage in 2005 when she had the great honour of leading the Tall Ships of the World out of Waterford Harbour in the Tall Ship International Race 2005. The photograph shows the Historic moment when the three Irish Tall Ships came together for the first and only time during the Tall Ships International Parade of Sail off Duncannon, Co Wexford.

Dunbrody completed her International Maiden Voyage when she sailed to Milford Haven in Wales under the EU Interreg Celtic Maritime Connections project.
